Back....Just

When I last posted I had no idea it would such a long time before I even had the energy to sit at a keyboard again. My medical indiscretion whacked me out far more than I imagined it would and even given the energy to type the last thing on my mind has been funny.

I’m feeling lots better now and although not one hundred percent I at least have managed to get into the swing again. Thank you for visiting the blog and showing your concern, it was a nice surprise to see smiley faces waiting when I logged in.

Well that's a relief Dave.
I'll have to use my imagination as I don't suppose you'll tell us what was up?
Mystery virus or something deeply embarassing??

It is with much sadness I post this note. I found out today that David passed away in November, his daughter kindly contacted me. I just dont know what to say, just cant believe it.

David was one of the nicest people I had ever had the pleasure to speak to, an amazing man, a gentleman.

David...if you can see this, I'm so sorry I didn't get the chance to say good bye, thank you so much for being my friend. It was a privilage to know you.

Wherever you are, I hope you continue to make people smile with your wonderful stories but most of all, I hope you and your Father are now together and at peace. I'll remember you always xxxx
